The old BT... can we have some form of it back?

Simply put, this version of BT is a shell of the old BT, and you changed it's identity from offensive to defensive. If I want a Bloodthirster now I get it over other defensive options (such as guardian angel or banshee's veil) because Blade of the Ruined King is so much better than it that if you can't rush bork, than simply put, you're not good/meta/viable/etc.

Riot please - Champions that can buy BORK are no fun to play as (for me) or against. Please give BT it's old identity back.

I actually prefer the lack of having to stack it every time i die.

That said, it's sub optimal compared to ie/ er

I think the new BT is okay for what it does, and it really does feel more like a 'blood thirster'.

My suggestion has been to create a new offensive item that fills some of the role of the old bloodthirster, but without the life-steal.

I'd like to see something that adds %AD, but perhaps make it a unique passive that only effects ability ratios, rather than auto-attacks (to prevent it being overpowered). As a caster oriented AD item, it'd then also make sense to put something like cooldown reduction on it.

Of course, you'd build it out of B.F. Sword, and it would also grant the same flat AD that BT and BotRK do.

That's my take.
