Stuck in Gold

So my highest point was gold 2 and i have been in gold 3/2 for 2 plus weeks now. I have been dropped and put into my series for gold 2 over 10 times and it seems once i lose my series i just win every game to my series then lose again. And the few times i get into gold 2 i will win then lose 2-3 in a row. I can honestly say my style of play isn't changing and im still winning lane match ups and making good decisions but it seems when i hit my series my team just isn't good or doesn't wanna cooperate. Any advice on what i should do? I just wanted to get decently high into gold so when next season starts i have a good shot of going straight into gold. It seems im just very unlucky with this tier also it seems more people are dcing/ afk and not caring and im pretty sure its cuz its the preseason. Anyone can relate to this reply back thanks!
