What right does an ADC have that he can go 0/4/0 in lane and be down in cs. Then be able to one shot me with his ult after being crushed in lane.

Makes me angry :(. I cant think of another champion that does this. Even LB needs to use multiple abilities to kill me when she has 1 item.
