Counterplay

As the person not laning against zed. What is my counter play to him now that I can't stop his R. Do I just have to build bruiser as soon as he gets picked, go heal barrier summoners, or just hope he doesn't go even in lane. I guess I could just avoid every teamfight.

Not to sound like pure salt. Just unsure of my options as an ADC
