RIOT, I love you, but seriously this is getting old. There is no good way to punish trolls right now, with the Report button being stupid like it is, so these people go unpunished for their terrible behavior. Please bring it back, and with it, a TROLL button!

This has been an issue since the beginning of league. Riot could careless. Trolls help them make more money why would they even bother. Unless you're toxic Riot will just ignore everyone until league becomes unpopular and loses player base.
