can i report an account for offering boost if i pay them?

some guy i dont even remember friending wanted me to pay him to boost my account and when i declined he started calling me bronze trash and all (even tho hes also bronze) and i just want to know if i can report him for boosting we dont need these type of players in league

You can report it even if they aren't requiring payment; sharing account information/accounts is not allowed, and MMR Boosting is punished by a 14 day and permanent ban. Submit a Support Ticket under the category I have a question > Game & Features > General Questions.
