I want that new Victorious Skin...but Ranked.

Hear me out.

It took me two months to make it through my provisionals. I've learned that I detest Ranked with a burning passion. I'm now Silver V. What I would have to do is get to Gold to get the skin. BUT I DON'T TRUST SILVER PLAYERS AT ALL...well, except the ones that actually know what they're doing and don't complain. Like, I am legitimately afraid of playing ranked because if I do I'd probably end up dropping out of Silver because I really just don't have a lot of trust in Silver players. Most that I've run across have not a lot of teamwork skills, like to point the finger at people when they're suffering or losing (As a Jungler main, I see this QUITE often), or just not do what their role requires of them to do.

Like, I REALLY WANT THAT SKIN BECAUSE I THINK IT IS FOR SIVIR AND I PLAY HER A LOT AND I JUST...I WANT IT SO BAD.

But I don't trust people.

EDIT: I had to move it because wrong section.

It sucks cus solo queue is just grinding. You have win streaks and you have losing streak. My best advice would be just play what you know you're good at and mute everoyne who's toxic.

That's what I end up doing. Sometimes it doesn't work that well, but I try...albeit I do need to get back into the swing of things before I can actually take on Ranked...but I need to do it soon.

Are you looking to improve? Or giving up?

I always look to improve where I can. I don't main any particular champion, but I play a pretty broad spectrum of champs.

Usually, I don't top often, but when I do I go Teemo. (The Demon Yordle of Bandle City, as I call him)

Jungle is my main area of...well, not exactly expertise but I play there a lot. I usually play shyvana and Yi in there, but I've done Warwick enough to where I started investing a lot of time coming up with builds for him. I tried to pick up Lee Sin and that was a nightmare, and I've done Volibear Jungle...with much success, actually.

Mid I go a few characters, Katarina, Veigar, Ekko...sometimes. I will play with other Midlaners if they are free, like Brand (I do enjoy him, actually.)

ADC is my second rarest role played. I picked up Lucian recently, and I excel at Sivir. I've played Jinx and ever since they nerfed her rocket I wanted to cry.

Support I play a lot of Sona (Sona is bae), but I'll pull out Jana and Alistar when I want a change up (I want Leona and Thresh though. They are really interesting to play)

As far as giving up, I don't want to give up, I'm just merely terrified that some screwball accident will cause be to be dropped because I got there by the skin of my teeth (3-7 in Provisionals, but apparently my performance was good enough to qualify, even though I lost.)

I was Silver 1 with 60 LP last season. So freaking close, yet so far.

I'm starting to hate the idea of a skin being a reward for your rank, but that's me being jealous.

Honestly, if they gave you just a little bit more, like a ward skin for being Silver or something, I'd be okay with that. Not that I'm in it for the rewards, I just play to play for the most part, but it's a free thing. I don't mind putting in the work for free things.

You wanna know why you can't trust silver players? Here we go...

Riot fucked up the system this season. I'm sure you've heard about all the people who were placed in bronze despite winning most of their provos. Well someone had to take over in silver and those people turned out to be players with no experience, the people who JUST STARTED RANKED that very season. Therefore, experienced players were put in bronze, but people with no sense of the game were put in silver and never left because you can't climb out of bronze to kick them out by beating them. The people in bronze, although they will afk a lot, have a much better sense of the game, know how to cs and why, know how to teamfight and group, know when to take objectives, know how to work with their adc/support/jg, and know how to correctly ward while silver is full of people lacking some or all of these traits needed for success in the game. Riot gave them all the benefit of the doubt and assumed that new players had to be better than people who were here in previous season for some stupid reason despite the fact that THERE'S NO WAY IN HELL THAT EVERY NEW PERSON IS BETTER THAN EVERYONE FROM PREVIOUS SEASONS. Riot better change this stupidity for season 6, because after I get placed in silver due to how decent I've done this season, I want to be able to actually get to gold instead of be stuck with more new players who can't control Morde drag ghost.
