Client crashing mid-game

Okay so...

After the latest patch, my client has been playing games with me again. The latest one is that the game will quite literally crash out of nowhere anywhere from the 6 to 12 minute mark.

This has happened across multiple champs and multiple modes. It's about a 75% chance of happening where lag will suddenly spike and then the game will die.

I haven't changed anything since the most recent patch. I do play on a low end machine, but I've been able to play semi fine before this.

Any input would be appreciated before I throw my computer into the sea.
