Mobile Mobas

I feel like riot should get a team to create a league of legends server for mobile devices, I'm kind of tired of trying to find a good moba to play when I am not at home. All the others are really just copies of League or are not remotely fun. I believe Riot should either allow another company to recreate League on mobile or they should do it themselves... I mean at the absolute least let us use the practice tool on mobile.
