lucian has a stronger early then jinx so if u beat her in lane you can just kill her in teamfights 8)

Lucian is NOT the weakest adc. Hes acutally good, ans even bezter after this patch

DEFINITELY not the weakest ADC by far, rofl. But pretty much everyone else said it. He has better early game, plus I love his mobility. With Jinx you gotta rely on peel/good positioning. Even then it's always a real risk to not have a dash and have to blow your flash.
