30% cdr. In one slot. Without even REALLY trying that hard. Screw everything else the item does at that point (it does quite a bit) that right there is impressive shit
It works really well with a lot of the ADC reworks now (and they really buffed it, so it's actually a good item)
30% cdr, same ad and crit stats as IE, replenishes mana. It's a really good item now
any champion who has good AD scaling abilities and also auto-attack in their kit, will love to build it with crit. it gives AD and CDR for their abilites, and AD and crit for their auto's... that's very strong.
