Smite or Ignite?
So i learned how to play gnar and i love him, he's very fun and i've had much success with him, but i don't know if i should use smite or ignite, maybe both?

Smite ONLY if you go jungle. I assume you go play top (? or any other lane) Gnar... So take Ignite. If you want you could even take Teleport (only if you know how to use it)

I mean flash and ignite.

Depends on how you play...
Is for when you know, for a fact, that you can get First Blood and snowball your lane. You then buy 
and kill your lane opponent every time they move in for CS.
Mostly for jungling. I can't recommend it top or even in the jungle.
When you don't give a shit about the world.
When you think you can kill and enemy off Level 1, but aren't sure. Also good when your enemy jungler is something like 
and can't gank worth a damn.
My personal favorite jungle setup for Gnar. Also good when you just want to tank shit up top lane.
The normal one. It's for if you think that you won't destroy lane and won't get a jungler-free time.
