As much as I love dynamic queue, one thing constantly bothers me

When it is your turn to ban, it doesn't bring the screen to the front of your other windows, like when it is your turn to pick. This consistently causes me to either miss bans, or almost miss them, causing unnecessary dodges. This is also infuriating when taking into account how long it takes me to get into a game regardless of bans and picks. It simply takes so long, and I HATE how I have to wait an extra 5 minutes tacked on to the 10 minutes of getting into a game when the only thing I have to know it is my turn to ban is a ticking sound when there is only 10 seconds left.
