How do I unlock the Riot K-9 Nasus Skin?

Exactly what it says on the tin.

I have been playing League since last August, and I have mainly played (Nasus) since last September. Recently, I watched one of my friends play as Nasus, and they had "Riot K-9" Nasus. When I got some RP, that was the first skin I looked for, but it wasn't available. How do I get this skin?

You can't Riot K-9 Nasus was a special skin code give away, I believe at one of the PAX events, it's not for purchase, and may never return at all.

I got My Riot K-9 Nasus from a Mystery chest, Along with my red Baron corki, annie in wonderland, the magnificent twisted fate, etc
