Champion Mastery and Twisted Treeline

For some reason, playing on the Twisted Treeline won't give you mastery points for playing a champion. And that seems wrong to me. As long as it doesn't show your actual skills, but how much you play that champion, I believe Twisted Treeline should reward mastery points too. Also, the summonner stats(takedowns, cs, wins) are shared between SR and TT as "Classic". There are even players who play TT exlusively so it's not fair for them to not enjoy the champion mastery feature.

Riot, if you don't plan on upgrade the Champion Mastery 'system' to reflect actual skills and actually decay when you're playing bad, then please don't make it SR-only. Thank you.

There's arguments for enabling Champion Mastery on every map. The only problem is that evidently the post-match grading system is completely essential to awarding Champion Mastery experience, and Riot believes that developing new rewards/levels is more important than expanding the existing system to the rest of the maps/playerbase.
