Que Dodging Should Have a MUCH Harsher Punishment!

This happens almost every ranked game I play. I que up, wait 8 minutes to find a match, and receive my primary role. Our team is communicating well until one douchebag types, "What an atrocious comp.... thanks for forcing me to dodge, sigh." So that asshat dodges and it takes another 8 minutes to find the next match and of course I get my secondary role. Now it takes another 4 minutes in pregame. Overall this one wannabe pro, baby wastes around 12 to 15 minutes of 9 players lives and messes up the role selections.

I am sick and tired of this typical bullshit going on. Make que dodging punishments MUCH more severe.

I think this would be a horrible idea. I can't tell you how many times I need to queue dodge because someone announces they are going to troll or locks in disco nunu or says "mid or feed" (even though they queued up for support for the shorter queue times.) Que dodging will be necessary until Riot gives us some power to stop champion select trolls. Once that happens then we'll talk about increasing the punishment for queue dodging.
