Does anyone realize how expensive skins are???!!!!

Yes, I always knew that league skins were about 8 dollars for 975 rp and 10 for 1350 but actually seeing the numbers physically kind of shocks me. We throw rp here and there like it is nothing (at least I have been). Oh look, mystery gifts are purchasable, lets give it a try. You are blowing 6 dollars on a random champ you may not even like the skin for. Riot really does an amazing job covering up the expensive price of character recolors. Props to them.

I understand League is a free to play game and am happy it is not pay to win. I am not making a thread to bitch at Riot...

Or you could not buy a skin and not be affected at all, nothing they really change anything.

Personally, I don't really consider $8 to be particularly expensive for a reskin including particles and such. I'd say a game like Path of Exile, where a full set of MTX cosmetic armor can run you about $30, is expensive, but not $8 skins.
