Keys for loot

Does anyone else have a ton of chest and no keys? I noticed in the video they put out for the new runes and what have you, that the guy doing his loot, had a TON of stuff. This is either an indication that he either bought a whole lot of chest and keys or he was rewarded them. Now, I don't really care for one way or another about the loot system as I think it is highly flawed. But, one thing that if I could suggest, would be to either.

A) Give whole keys as a reward B) increase the drops for key fragments

Either way would work itself out. Anyways, just a suggestion.
