Rewards for Team Builder

Would it be possible to give extra rewards to needed roles in Team Builder? Like an extra IP bonus for playing support or tank jungle. Nothing major just something as simple as 30 extra IP a game. So as not to throw the whole system out of sync.

That would defeat the purpose of team builder -.-

Purpose 1: To test out new builds/things

Purpose 2: To play the role you want to play
