Team Builder Supports and Junglers

On summoner's rift I only play with team builder and have found that literally about 95% of supports and junglers instantly leave the group if they aren't the 5th person. I would bet my life right now that the majority of the time it would be faster for them to just stay in the group than to never settle for less than being the final person. So why the fuck do nearly all supports and junglers do this? It makes no fucking sense, it just makes everybody, whatever role they are, take more time to get into a group.

They do it because supports and kinglets are the most sought after roles in team builder matches, so they have very short queue times. So basically, if they don't like the team comp or don't want to wait an extra few minutes, they find another group. This is really just a TeamBuilder issue, because everyone seems to want to carry

Ill be honest and say if i queue as a support and i get into a group and see a kalista as adc i will leave even if i am the 5th person.

if i am playing an ad jungler and i get into a group and its an all ad comp ill leave no matter how many are in the group.

tbh the whole point of team builder is to play in a team that you like in the position you like so if you dont like what you see you have the option to leave and re-queue without having a dodge penalty.

As was also stated when you click join a team i can say for myself that 95% of the time it will ask for jungle and support with the odd top lane or adc thrown in but for the most the queue times for jungle any role and support are fairly short so as i said if i dont like what i see i will click find another group even if i am player 5.

I just wish you could go further and pick specific champs in roles in team builder. Somewhere there is a group trying to do the Wall team.
