I thought Vayne was supposed to be a tankbuster, so why does she EASILY win a 1v1 with me (tristana) without even landing condemn while she's 2/3 and I'm 7/1????? She is godtier at killing tanks and godtier at killing squishies. Does she have any weaknesses at all?

Her range. You know why she wrecked you? Because you didn't buster shot her away after she tumbled to abuse your range.
That... honestly sounds like its just you. If she managed to get all her damage off before you, then you're just not playing Tristana right. Or it was a godly level Vayne, in which case, it wouldn't have mattered now matter what.

Hi Vayne, I am stronger than you early game and midgame and can 1v1 you with ease lategame while having a much larger teamfight presence the instant I hit lvl 6

Vayne is also an assassin, which means she excels at killing squishies. She just also happens to be a tank buster for whatever reason. No one is safe from %max hp damage, much less true damage.
A lot of people also don't see that her secondary is 'Assassin'. Which means she's also good at 1v1 and Vayne as a champion is known for being one of the best duelists in the game. Not to mention for all we know she outplayed you.
prob because she ulted which puts her ad on par with yours as well as giving her invis
not to mention from looking at that match you were vs a diamond 4 vayne if anything you should just complain about riot's shitty matchmaking
also one of the lanes I hate most as vayne is trist your level 6 is so much stronger with a 300 damage point and click ult as well as being very safe in teamfights
Um, what the hell were the items, because that sounds like a fuckup on your end not Leagues. By scenarios I can think up you should have won that easily.
lets be honest, if youre a 7-1 trist and lost to a 2-3 vayne (assuming you're up in items and not fighting with 1/2 hp vs full hp)...you missplayed thats on you. not vayne.
I see Tristana as more focused on team-fighting and objective-taking than dueling with other ADCs. Her kit's more suited to being protected and doing area damage and doesn't quite have that effectiveness against really mobile damage dealers. That, and her damage is a bit delayed compared to most ADCs because her Explosive Shot takes some hits in to do its work.
If you lost a fight against her when you were that far ahead however, I think that's just a case of either straight-up losing a fight or getting caught in a REALLY bad position. Try to stick with the tanks on your team during fights and you should be fine.
Despite all that, I still think Vayne's too dominant right now and hope the do something about it soon.

Because of her stealth and attack speed bolts. Or you just were behind overall or played it badly. Vayne actually wins every 1 v 1 unless opponent outplayes her. Yes, she is a duelist and tank shredder. Vayne simply has advantage when she stealths for 1 second. That means she shoots out her projectile first. Now add attack speed and AD steroid for bonus. Landing condemn is a HUGE bonus and guaranteed kill actually.
