Which Voice Chat System is Best in term of performance?
I always use Skype but it uses a lot of CPU while I play LoL
Is there a better alternative that won't have such a heavy impact on my computer when I play LoL?

I really like curse voice, i've never had problems with it. One big difference compared to skype is, curse voice automatically mute your mic when youre not talking, so you dont hear what's happening around at your friends' nor mouse clicks, if you have that one friend that hits his mouse really hard. Plus there's an in game overelay so you know whos talking, and its expends when you press tab. If that annoys you you can still disable it in the curse client's options.
Use Discord.
Personally I like Teamspeak alot. The issue I have with skype is that if the call fails, everyone loses connection to everybody else. In teamspeak, or other server based programs, if one person's internet flinches, it won't make the whole squad lose comms.. so much better in my opinion, and it's also much more user friendly for settings and moderating.
teamspeak. and your computer must be pretty bad if skype impacts performance. most likely its shitty internet thats your problem. you know that with minimal investment you can up computer performance? like getting additional ran (very cheap) or installing a SSD?
Discord is the best imo
