Is there a way to report someone after you leave the game lobby? Some people were being really rude and told me to kill myself, so I left the game. I know that it might not do anything but I'd feel a lot better if there was some way to report their actions. Thanks.

There isn't a way to report them inside the client. However, if you have screenshots of evidence (generally stuff like private chat messages on the client, pre game chat, or post game chat) you can go to the League of Legends website and submit a support ticket with your evidence in order to report them in that fashion as well.
EDIT: Even if people are mistreating you in the game, you should just mute them and then report them at the end. AFKing or leaving the game just opens you up for being reported or punished by Leaver Buster and gives them the satisfaction of getting under your skin.
