Looking to form a good ranked team. (NA Region)

I want to "git gud" at League of Legends. I believe I've hit my limit in the elo I'm in right now, and each game is very repetitive. I'd like to get into a team of good players, or form my own. Let me be clear, I am NOT looking for people to carry me in higher elos. I believe that the best way to get better once you're stuck is to change the way you play. I know that each elo has a very different playstyle, and I'd like to learn the playstyle of the higher elos. I'm confident I'll be able to keep up in the higher elos, and if not then I guess I'll know where I stand. The point is, I've never been given the chance.

Things I am looking for in a teammate:

-Forgive and forget: Fights are bound to happen betwixt fellow team members, and I can't have people quitting willy nilly because someone called someone a name or whatnot.

-Voice communication: Voice comms are the quickest and easiest way to relay new knowledge to the rest of your team. Not having access to voice communication is a huge handicap. (Discord will be our main voice communcation program.)

-Chatty: It's good to have a great relationship with your teammates, and being able to hold a conversation makes bonding so much easier. Nothing against the more quiet folk, but when you don't talk often it can be hard to tell how you're doing or if you need something.

-Be willing to learn/teach: This team will idealy have many different types of people at varying skill levels. What matters is that we all have the ability to learn from eachother or teach what we can.

-Take a joke, and know when to stop: This can be a huge problem. A lot of people will be "joking" around and someone else gets peeved by something they say. It's important to know what is a joke and what is just rude. Taking a joke is also important, not everything is malicious. Know which is which.

-And finally, consistancy: You need to be able to be consistant in your gameplay. Feeding most of the time but every now and then going 21/4/10 is not acceptable. You need to have the game knowledge of how to win your lane, and if needs be, how to stop feeding.

I don't expect this team to be diamond+ right off the bat, to be honest we're probably going to start off just playing some norms, getting to know eachother and getting this thing set up. If this team sounds like something you'd love to be a part of, step right up, nothing's stopping you.
