When I was gold 1, I was on a winning streak and never lost any games, and kept doing that till I hit platinum. Then after I made it to plat, I started to lose uncontrollably. Now my mmr is so low I think I might be in ELO hell. I just want someone to raise my mmr, not to carry me out of plat but just add a boost to my mmr. I honestly don't know what to do, because I feel like my mmr is going to drop so much if I keep losing.

That's the thing though, your lower MMR is lowering your teammates AND your enemies. So if you are consistently losing its because of you.
Its pretty common to for people to think they are better than they are. We tend to view wins as carried by ourselves and losses caused by our team mates, regardless of what actually happened.
