why is ryze stuck?
why is he stuck in the log-in screen? what are those things holding them and why cant he just use scissors to cut them?

They might be a binding magic, like morgana q, or perhaps a nocturne w. Maybe he doesnt carry anything sharp, or perhaps they are unbreakable
