So Riot? Why the nerfs?

No seriousely. There's a** bare** chance that you actually get to see a buff in a patch but these few patches there are just so many weird nerfs all around. I mean look at that! so many unwanted nerfs. I thought your balance system was based on how good and bad a champion is doind but it seems like you guys jsut doing random buffs and nerfs. in patch 6.7 so many deserved and undeserved nerfs. but patch 6.8 goes **EVEN LOWER! ** FIX IT PLS RITO
