Why do players in silver and bronze think its a troll pick when I pick karthus mid? Its kind of annoying when people dodge games because i pick Karthus

No champs in this game are troll pick, people just got brainwashed by e-sports. Someone played Shen as support today, inb4 solo top Shen is a troll pick.
Because Karthus is your basic-but-solid AP carry straight out of Season 1. Most people want to see whatever the Flavor Mids are because they only see those Champions as great, especially if pros have just played them.
On the flip side, you are welcome to dodge if you even see the mere mention of Mid 
karthus isnt a troll pick if you dont play him that way. that being said i have seen some people pick karthus then intentionally die over and over just to stack a tear.
