I can't get to guide places like Mobafire and ... uh...whatever else there is that I have not heard of. That aside, can I post about a champion (Fiora ) with guide/thought/recommendation/discussion in "Gameplay & Balance"? I really want to put a discussion, though I know it won't get seen much, with where I think she is and how she should be played along with the reason why her ultimate should be replaced (not toxicity, but because it is basically pointless or counterproductive to use after lvl 11 or 12). Just wondering, didn't know how to ask this question or where to put it.

What do you mean you can't get to Mobafire? Internet blocking it at work or something? lol

Yes anyone can create threads on any of the boards. Just make sure you read the guidelines for each specific board (bottom left under "Create a Discussion") to make sure you are using the most appropriate board. In this case, Gameplay & Balance would work, but when in doubt use Miscellaneous like you did here.
