So Gander Guesses on how Bard Might be OP on Launch?

Seems the last several champions had people screaming they are OP at launch, trying to guess how Bard might get called that somehow. My guesses so far are: -Roaming EXP will be too great -Getting too many spirits following you will be too powerful -Heals being too strong -His ult can stop flashy plays(But might get some awesome freeze frames of flashy plays in action)

And that is all I got.
