So Riot: What's the difference between Ranked Teams and SoloQ?
They sound just about the same now.

ranked teams are scored by how good that team is. Dynamic ques are scored by how good the individual player is willing and able to work as a team.
Anyone in any elo can join a ranked team. Dynamic Queues have to be around the same elo still.
