assassin Rek'sai
i've been wondering if assassin players have tried rek'sai straight AD yet. I've been told her Q area proc can apply for on-hit effects like stattik shiv.

I can try it and see how it goes, but as far as I can tell is that you can still get three offensive items and you would still deal a ton of damage.
Played Top lane. a few times against garen, nasus, singed. Not a good sample size but had no problems forcing them to hug the tower or escaping from lee sin/amumu jungler ganks. After 
basically need 2-3 people to kill you while you can kill 1-2 of them or escape with ease.
