What is a great league/game recorder? (Free)

I need a recorder for games (and league). I tried plays.tv but i need to be able to export it, edit and upload to youtubem which plays.tv doesn't seem to allow. I also tried shadowplay but i don't have an nvidia card so it won't work. Any reccomendations?
