As it stands, I will never ever have a Mastery 6 or 7 champion.
Because spending IP for e-peen factor is totally fucking silly imdo.

Which is totally fine, because you don't need a fancy badge to play the game.
Who pays for it? I get my blue essence from free chests... And I gots 3 level 7's and I think... 3/4 level 6's.
I own every champion and all of the runes I would possibly use.
It isn't like I have anything else to spend IP on.
