Why in the donkey's ballsack is this in the game? This button cost me the entire game.

I play on borderless windowed. If you guys didn't know, borderless window in LoL does NOT let you access the desktop if League of Legends is the only active application. That's why I usually have an internet browser in the background, just in case I get stuck. Well fuck me, I was listening to some music and an annoying ad comes on and without thinking I close my internet browser. Well shit now I'm stuck in League of Legends until the game's over. Okay, well let's buckle up, and go ham on this ranked game.

I push my keyboard forward and accidentally press alt+space with my thumb. Well oops oh well-wait. What's this bright red border around my screen? I CAN'T MOVE MY FUCKING CAMERA. What did I press!?!??!?! I look through every hotkey option in the menu. Nothing! SHIT! After 10 minutes of looking my brother comes home so I borrow his phone and search up the issue. Apparently my monitor pushed the F9 key! Well that's good and all, but WHY THE FUCK IS THIS HOTKEY IN THE GAME? I can't think of one good reason to completely lock up your screen like this!

And to make matters worse, the game doesn't tell you what hotkey you just pressed, so if you're stuck in borderless windowed mode without a spare phone, FUCK YOU, amirite!

Please! To make this thread productive, PLEASE add a notification that says something like, "You have entered Anchored Camera mode. Press F9 to exit." Or even just, "F9: Anchored Camera". The ONE game I finally win my own lane in and don't feed 0/15 and this fucking happens! I'm sick of being trash "boosted" silver V 0LP 42% overall win rate, and this isn't helping. Not one bit!

There's a button, just to the side of the minimap. It looks like a little camera. That's the toggle for locked camera. It's always been there. Just click it.

You can ALT+TAB out of the game, Close the game, Launch & log-in again and reconnect, The problem should be fixed this way.

What's wrong with alt + tab? Even if there is no window it automatically minimizes league.

I do gotta agree with OP there is literally no reason to have this hotkey/effect in game. It accomplishes nothing positive.

I only play borderless windowed, and I do it cause I can access other applications faster. How, you may ask?

I sometimes used to get my camera stuck for tabbing out, all you have to do is click somewhere on the minimap and hold it and look around for like a second, should be fixed

When that happens I usually esc -> menu -> video(maybe interface) -> window. Then there should be an option for windowed mode and make it full screen rather than borderless/windowed.

I made this mistake before! I was spamming spells and my fat finger hit the Y key. I luckily had nice teammates who knew how to abet my problem. I then made the mistake again, forgetting what button I needed to press to unlock my camera, but I was in a voice call with friends, so they got me fixed.

The interface isn't very helpful when it comes to this thing.
