Got an Infernal Alistar
But I didn't play him before T_T Should I learn him? Is he as good as Leona?

Alistar is one of the idea supports to have if you got a yasuo mid like srsly free kill whenever he ganks
Alistars KINDA like leona Leona has a skill shot gap closer + point click stun Alista has a point click gap closer + AoE knock up... except Alistar's combo is much more difficult to use Alistar's ult also makes him probably the tankiest champion in the game While Leona has a nice long range engage ult, Alistar is tanky enough to charge into a crowd himself~~(aint no pussy like leona)~~ and knock up everyone, kinda like malphite
Alistar has a much higher skillcap then Leona, and also has a weaker laning phase. But his ult makes him so OP in teamfights, and also if you can perform his w-q combo, you will be very useful.
