What does it mean when people refer to someone as op? As in"op doesn't know what they're talking about" Seen it so many times and just confused.

OP either means:
OP - as in OverPowered (a.k.a. "this champ is too strong; it's OP)
or
OP - as in Original Post/ Original Poster (person who created the thread originally).
I'm glad you included the context because OP has at least two meanings on here.
OP, in this context refers to the "Original Poster"
Sometimes you will see someone refer to a champion, item, ability, ... as OP, or "over powered"
