first off where the hell is the tips and tricks forums?

alright what do I build on new shen? and what is the general skill order? is it still r>q>w>e?

Skill order is R-Q-E-W.

I recommand those runes: 9 Attack Speed marks - 3 quints of flat armors - 9 seal of scalling hp or scalling armor or flat armor (Based on your matchup) - 6 Scalling glyph of cooldown with 3 scalling glyph of magic resist or 9 glyph pf scalling magic resist.

Typical Shen Build: item 3111 Or item 3047 ( Mercury pref. ) item 3068 item 3065 item 3748 Those item are pretty much core. Then, it depend of their team composition. A lot of AD ? item 3075 , Ap Heavy ? item 3102 , 2 or more crit heavy champion ? item 3143 , Need HP to negate Dots? item 3083 , Wanna be a master splitpusher ? item 3512 , You are fed and you are rich? item 3078 , need more peels and chasing potential ? item 3022 Lastly item 3153 works well with shen when they have more than 2 tanky champions.

In fact you build him the same way than the old shen, however, trintiy isnt needed now.
