Easier CSing for everyone. More fun for less skilled players
Minions can not be targeted by any more than two opposing minions. This will spread out their damage so that last hitting is easier. attacks against champions remain unchanged

What if there is only 1 minion in your side and there's 6 in the enemy side...they just keep walking ??
im bad at cs...but no. its not supposed to be "easy" its supposed to be a learned skill..not everything can be
