May I please get my recent leaverbuster penalty removed?

Since it isn't my fault but comcasts fault for intentionally throttling me to the point of no return I was wondering If I could get my penalty removed. I do not want to leave games I want to stay! I hate when my ping skyrockets I don't want to lose. I have pics of my ping going over nine thousand for proof that it was internet(sorry that you have to go to the site its the only way I know of to get photos to this editor through the internet and being able to see the ping cus its small on the thumbnails)
