changing files for splash/map icon

does anyone know how to change the files so you can have a different splash show up and have a different map/hud icon for a champion show up? i wanna change mine so i dont have to look at that new janna on my map once it comes out.

i already sent a ticket to riot and they said it was ok just gotta figure out how to actually do it now
