ADVERTISEMENT SPAM IS ANNOYING
I have been recently been getting spam from fake random accounts and my friends have been getting it too. It is probably advertisement. I have 2 solutions that riot could implement to stop spam advertisement.

Having an option of blocking - When someone adds you, you have the option to decline or accept, there should be a third option to block instead of typing in there name. It is just easier and more convenient.

Being level 5 - Riot should change it so you can't add anybody to your friends list unless you are level 5 or whatever level they chose. This will GREATLY decrease the chance of a fake account adding you because most advertisement accounts are level 1. Although it does suck for the new players in that they can't add their friends early on, the cost heavily outweighs the rewards. Also, the friends could just invite people to a lobby and add them their instead.
