Lissandra and jarvan bugs

In 5v5 normals sometimes When I e as Lissandra it doesn't show the fist at the end to know where my e stops. Also I assume when i ult, it immediately roots people in to place, in my case it did not, ex: jarvan e q'ed but my ult animation went of and he still moved to his spot eventhough I stunned him in place. Now for the j4 bug, I ulted ahri in the 3v3 map at the same time she charmed me and my ult didnt go off but went on cool down. I was very sad. I think j4 should be immune to cc while ulting because the description of his ult does say "heroically leaps" and what kind of hero gets cced? A bad one.
