If you look at the recent kalista nerf, she had to be near her oathsworn to gain attack speed that they took away in this nerf. I feel like this nerf is designed specifically for master tier players, because in every other tier it is rare to get a good support unless it is a support main. And if your support goes ask then there is even less of a chance of surviving a 1v2 lane. Even without the nerf kalista still wasn't one of the strongest adcs.
