In my headcanon, Lee Sin's lore is already changed to a summoner where instead of destroying a village he destroyed the IoW, and retired in Ionia to atone. Thus, why there is no IoW in the current canon.

Yeah, LeeSin Chogath Kayle Morgana etc.all have super outdated lore that still isn't fixed.

I think Jaredan mentioned that they actually have some people working on champs who are directly tied to the IoW,but I'm not sure if I'm not misremembering that.
