Kalista is getting nerfed so she has to be with her oathsworn to gain attack speed that they took away in a nerf. This nerf is beyond stupid. It is clearly completely designed to cater to master+ players. Because anywhere below that it is rare to get a support that is even decent. And on top of it all kalista isn't even the most strong adc right now, but riot persists to nerf her over and over.
I don't think Kalista should have been created in the first place.
The only other anti-melee ADC is 
and at least she has a cd longer than .2 seconds to kite those that are melee.
Kalista is disgustingly unhealthy against melee champions without gapclosers.
While I don't know if nerfing Kalista is good for the long run, it does fix a short term problem until Riot can figure out just what the hell they want to do with her.

Your support doesn't need to be good. You just need to be near them.
