So is after (pre) game chat really looked at for reports and toxicity?

So I have to ask.... is there a response to pre and post game chat toxicity?? Supposedly there is according to this post my Riot Lyte, but I see a whole lot of repressed anger being displayed in after game chat, and the same, but different, in pregame chat.... some sort of anger or trolling being displayed... with common things like "____ or feed... " or whatever else is being put out on... both during games and the people complaining about it on the boards.....

People saying how stupid they believed you were during the game and how terrible you were, or you should whatever mean thing they want to say....

They do this because they don't think there is a reporting system in place that tracks those time periods, and from comments I have read on the boards it seems other players who are the victims of trolls don't believe there is a system in place to protect them either..... so is there? anyone know, maybe anecdotal evidence.... some other quotes by riot that says something about this situation...

Or is the feeling that nothing is being done in these areas the one that most people feel is right?

is there a point to reporting pre/post game chat? in situations like this, I tend to leave a note like "told people to kill themselves in post game and spammed the N word etc" but i always kind of feel like no one is reading that 99% of the time now that tribunal is gone.

Yes. Please do report pre- and post-game chat and just note that the behaviors were in those locations.
