sadly it doesn't appear LAN can get Dreadknight Garen for free, so I would have to buy the skin unless I transferred somewhere it is available =\
If you actually look, different aria's get different skins, I think one gets a bandit Sivir, and another gets commando garen instead of dreadnight.
It also gives you champions for free, if you don't have them.
Yea i was really disappointed when i saw this. There are posts on surrender@20 and reddit telling people not to buy it. Riot knows that they have the skin for free, but they also know that people don't pay attention. They just want to screw some people over.
Well a child who is a bit too young to have a social media account might want these skins
