one small step...one giant leap

• Athena's Grail has recieved a major and well needed buff. Sounds like a pretty decent time for overall game balance. Mages will receive the manas they need. Tanks are suddenly viable again thanks to cinder hulk. ADC has just always been important. All we need is for assassins to have some tweaks. And for bruisers to find a foot hold in the new meta.

Riot balance team might make some shoddy calls but overall they have been doing an amazing job as of late.
