Extend draft pick time

I feel like I don't have enough time especially when I'm first pick to choose who I want to play. I was first pick jungle and my mid laner didn't pick their preference so I had to ask him. I wanted to go yi, but I was gunna go sej if he was going damage. When I asked him he answered with like 5 seconds left and as I clicked lock in it even made the sound, but I got booted out and was given a loss on my promos. Just add like 5 seconds to the pick time for a bit of a buffer. Not too much, but enough that I can communicate with my team on who I'm gunna pick and maybe even set up champ trades.
